Front Desk Night Auditor

Provides guest service at the front desk while using standards of service. Verify accuracy of guest accounts by balancing departmental income, run computerized update and compile, mathematically verify and record all revenue produced by the hotel’s operation. Bill and collect all revenue owed to the hotel in an accurate, timely manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures

  • Required 3+ years Front Desk
  • Four-year degree in hospitality or other business related field
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers; respond to guest requests
  • Knowledge of foreign languages preferred
  • No special licenses or certificates required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to compile facts and figures
  • Ability to operate personal computer and calculator 
  • Telephone etiquette skills needed
  • Maintains professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to guests and co-workers

High School/GED or better.


4-year Degree or better in Hospitality Management or related field.



3 years: Hotel Front Desk Experience
