Why did you join this Turnberry, specifically this property in this role?

As someone who is new to the hospitality industry, the idea of opening a hotel and being a part of building a culture from the ground up was so exciting to me! The Turnberry team was amazing, and the importance they place on employee engagement and satisfaction was so impressive and was something I knew I wanted to be a part of

What are you most excited about in your new role?

I’m most excited about getting to know our people. It is so important to us that we hire the right people to help grow this hotel, and so getting to know our staff and supporting our staff is really exciting to me. Making sure people recognize the importance they have on the hotel and how excited we are about having each and every person on our team is something I can’t wait to be a part of.

Do you have anything else you’d like to share?

I am so impressed by Turnberry and the emphasis and excitement that they entire company has about opening this hotel. Turnberry truly does have the most amazing family-like culture, and it shows in every aspect of their hotels. Bringing that to the Northeast is something I can’t wait to do!
